About Me
A bit about me…
My coaching experience has been built up from over 15 years of working in the service sector. From retail management to forensic mental health nursing, I have developed an innate curiosity about the way we live our lives, why we do what we do, and the challenges we face in striving to become who we want to become. I also studied for a BSc Psychology (Hons) degree here in London.
I am an Accredited Life Coach and a member of the International Coaching Federation. My coaching style is both intuitive and logical, which means that my left brain and my right brain work really well together! I first heard about life coaching 10 years ago, so it’s not a new thing, especially in the USA where it has been around for quite a long time. My own self-limiting beliefs stopped me from becoming a life coach at that time in my life, but 10 years on, i now find myself back on that path, but further along and with so much more to give and share.
I founded New Ventures so that i could specialise in helping new and trainee life coaches get their businesses off the ground. Clients benefit from hearing about my own experiences in setting up my coaching business, but are also encouraged to find their own path and to overcome their fears and obstacles, safely in the knowledge that they have my full support and expertise at hand.
